At Kiltane, we take pride in the quality of our Scottish cashmere and woollens; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all Kiltane tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
